1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the ed77 platform, including the website ed77.io, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all services accessible through these channels ("the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, including registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming any bonus, you agree to these Terms without reservation.

1.2 These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. ed77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 9.1 All content on the ed77 Platform, including but not limited to the ed77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ed77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ed77.

10.5 ed77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
